First, yes it is good to be eating that frequently! I can't calculate the calories you ate off hand by looking, but it doesnt seem as though there are too many at all. If you are exercising that much and NOT trying to lose weight, you definitely can afford to be eating more. It's a common misconception that we should eat less often, but eating every 2-3 hours helps your body know that you are not starving so that it does not have to hold on to the fat you have (if you're losing weight) If you're not losing, try and figure out how many calories you should be eating to support your weight and how much exercise you're doing. Good for you for being so active and healthy!

It really depends on if you had the correct dose and how much lingering thyroid tissue you had left. Radioiodine ablation will not do a good job in killing large amounts of tissue as well as lymph nodes. Why i do not lose weight when i excercise 5-6 days a week?

I am 38 years old and 5' 105 lbs. I used to 95 lbs. last year and after I have 2 surgery within this year make me gain weight. I work out 5-6 days a week. I do spinning 4 days+body pump and I do body step+pump and kickboxing. And I do burn 800 calories a day. Why I do not lose any pound? I eat cereal in the morning for lunch I have homemade big bowl of soup, or roast vegetable with pork chop or chicken, or steam vegetable with chicken or shrimp. for dinner I have some hi fiber snack bar and cup of hot coco.

I know part of it, even though she won't admit it, is because of insecurity, and her thinking I want something that I don't. I do care about my ex because she is the mother of my child, and she admitted that she had screwed up, and was truly sorry, but I love my gf with all my heart. How do i change this about myself?

I try to dissociate myself, outwardly at least when people are rude or aggressive towards me. Even if I am very upset or hurt, I will never show it to their faces, and find this much more effective than trying to engage in a verbal battle. Nice choices. Getting them in UV ink may be a bit of a problem. They're expensive, and there's very little call for 'em, compared to traditional inks. We bought a complete set of Skin Candy UV inks, and they just sit on the shelf. Also, they're a pain to use, you have to use a blacklight, and every time you wipe 'em, you have to wipe completely, because it all glows. Also, the consistency is kind of watery/chalky, not like regular inks. Most artists don't like using them. You'll just have to call around, or order your own inks on e-bay, and take 'em to your artist. They've got small sets, at an affordable price. About six colors. The big sets have thirty colors or so, and cost hundreds of dollars. Good luck.

I think i caught me nieces' cold, the cute little one sneezed on me or so it appeared to be i just started yesterday morning and carried on to today. I traditionally think that its a cold it will p just rest and drink bla bla bla, but this morning i find out she has an ear infection, now my parents are telling my go to the clinic, and get penicillin. Daughter's father in and out of the picture for the past 17 yrs now he blames me for it.?

My daughter's father has been in and out of her life since she was born 17 yrs ago. He disappears for months sometimes years at a time. He promises her all these things and never follows through with any of them. He recently contacted her via myspace after being out of her life for 3 yrs he said he wanted her and him to have a father/daughter relationship and that he would be there for her and not be in and out of her life like he had before.. Well low and behold he is doing the same things again.. this time he is blaming his behavior on me saying I am a control freak and a person of less than normal intellect. All because I am not comfortable with him taking her out by herself and and letting her spend the night over at his house.. this man is basically a stranger to our daughter and she does not know him.. When she was a baby he brought her over baby clothes in a box that had kitty litter in it. She has been in counseling since the last time because of the rejection he caused. Am I being unreasonable? I have no problem with him seeing her but she does not feel comfortable being alone with him. I told him that but he does not listen to me. He thinks it is me controlling the situation she is almost 17 and has a mind of her own she chooses not to call him. Teething 3 month old fed baby. Any suggestions?

My baby is 12.5 weeks & she's been teething for a few weeks now, but this is only the 2nd or3rd time it's bothered her. Personally, I really like conures. You say you want a colourfull bird, but be careful. Many of the brighter colored birds are not only more expensive, but a pain in the ***. For example, Sun Conures(like their name suggests), are one of the most beautifully colored parrots in my opinion. However, I would never recommend them to someone as a pet. They are incredibly loud and require a lot of attention. In fact, many people end up giving them away because they couldn't handle it. That being said, my favorite Conure is the green-cheeked Conure. It is on the small size as far as most conures, about the size of a atiel, but they make fantastic pets. They are almost entirely green but still very beautiful. They are not as loud as most parrots and they have tons of personality. A lot about choosing a parrot depends on your budget as well. If you are willing to spend a lot of money, then you can get just about any parrot. Google "best parrot pet" and you come up with tons of hits. my room mates obsessed with that show. some people think he only wants the kid so he wont have to pay as much child support, but until he says that himself or anyone has any sort of evidence for that, im giving him the benefit of the doubt. yes, he wasnt around much for the first year of the childs life, but that doesnt mean he couldnt have had a change of heart and is ready to take responsibility. the reason why the mother is so against it is because she wants to move across the state to be with her boyfriend, which i think is kind of selfish. if a father wants to be with his child, the mother should put her childs best interests first and make sure he is able to see his father, moving hours away to be with a boyfriend is not a good choice. besides, shes a teen with a baby, she really shouldnt be moving in with guys shes been dating for a few weeks yet. i agree the child shouldnt be shipped back and forth, he needs a stable home, but every other weekend isnt fair either, that means for every 12 days she gets with him, the father gets 2. i think it shouldnt be changed to every other weekend and then on the weeks that he doesnt get him on the weekend he should have him for a couple days during the week. if the guy is ready to step up and be a dad, why not, its never to late in my opinion.

See your parent's are obviously kind of worried about you, but to be honest they have no need to be at all! If you have another argument with your parents about this, say to them 'would you prefer it if i was out every night getting drunk, or taking drugs?' because that is what the average teenager does. Although what you are doing with your life is very sufficient and sensible, you might want to start making new friends, because everyone needs friends in their life no matter how clever or independent the person. You should catch a bus or a train somewhere nearby and meet some new people, new friends. If you're not comfortable with the idea of just randomly meeting new people, you should get a job (as you do sound very clever), just a part time one, and you will meet friends at work. If this still doesn't work, you could spend your money from work doing something else you enjoy, maybe going to a club of some kind. If it's drama, art, even horse rididng, it doesn't matter, whatever put's a smile on your face you should do, and im sure you will make friends there. Just enjoy yourself and do what makes you happy.
