Stabbing pain !? 10pts?

I just got a stabbing pain on my left side. I am a 22 yr old female, decent shape. I was walkin up to go pee then the pain started. Its like a stabbing pain on the left side right above my pelvic bone. Feeling a litttle nausea but goes away every couple seconds. Im not due for my period untill the 13th. Anybody hae ne idea what this pain can be
