If a delivery person gets into an accident...please read and help :)?

Let's say a pizza delivery person is using their own auto for delivery pizzas and he gets into an accident. Whose insurance pays for damages done to their car, another car or bodily injury. I am taking cles for my P & C test and am still a little confused about if the business would have to be responsible or would it go under the delivery boy's own PAP
