In-text quotation question for essay! plz help!!?

in my experience, with something like this, putting the name in the beginning of the sentence is sufficient. for example, you could put: Professor Stanley Curtis from Penn State University said ”Pigs are able to focus with an intensity I’ve never seen in chimps.” (where you found this quote). does that help??
