I Hate Food-Dietary Supplements?

If you are truly eating all the healthful foods you are supposed to eat, you can get all that you need from foods. However, if you are an average American, you probably do need some help. Also, if you are a girl, you should be taking Calcium to prevent later problems. If you take Calcium, you should also be taking magnesium. Maybe D too.
