Can you use 3 way speakers with out an amp?

I have fitted JBL GT6-S366 3 Way Co-axial speakers(260W) in my front doors & 400W 3 way coaxial speakers in the rear(parcel tray).THE rear speakers are connected to a 4 channel amp & gives an amazing output along with the subwoofer whereas my front speakers output is too low.When I keep the volume in 10,the rear speakers become loud enough whereas the ones in the front are barely audible,I feel as if no sound is coming from the front speakers even though they r working.the rear speakers sound supresses the sound of front speakers.IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN MAKE THE FRONT SPEAKERS WORTH HAVING?
