If every US citizen always voted Democrats could they have the things others take for granted?

The social programs that we do have here in America today are programs that will barley help you to get by, I'm talking about programs such as social security, welfare, medicare, medicaid, unemployment compensation and food stamps. But programs that would really make a different, we do not have, such as extended free education on into college, a really good socialize health care program. these are programs that will help America and all of its citizens prosper. Not the programs we have now that barely keep us alive so that they can continue to bleed us or programs that take away our incentive to strive for anything better, these kind of programs are akin to the Willie Lynch scheme but it does no apply only to African American but include all working cl Americans...Oh and by the way America is the only so called developed country that does not mandate employer paid vacations...
