How to unlock more jobs in Final fantasy tactics A2?

Ok how do you get the jobs that are darkend out for characters, a example for Luso i have done the ninja quest and unlocked the ninja job, but how to i get it to undarken for Luso, i wnat to know this how to do it for any character or at least the main ones! thank you very much peace
