Psychological evaluation for a law enforcement job( do you masturbate question)?

A friend of mine told me that one of the questions they ask you is if you masturbate. So my question is if that question requires yes or no type of answer and if you answer yes.....do they think that you are some kind of a addict and therefore they are not going to hire you. How about if the question requires never, seldon, often, always and you say seldom....does that still mean to them that you are some kind of a freak or something . So is it better to tell the truth or its better to lie on that question. I dont even know why do they ask that in the first place? Isn't that little too personal.. I mean why are they goin g to judge your character and personality based on if you masturbate or not. I know this sounds funny but please be serious answering it. thanks
