Teething 3 month old fed baby. Any suggestions?

My baby is 12.5 weeks & she's been teething for a few weeks now, but this is only the 2nd or3rd time it's bothered her. Now that the tooth is getting closer to the surface she is kind of usingme as a teether, and OUCH! My are about to bleed! She won't take teething rings because she's`so young and they're too big fo her tiny mouth. I've also tried cold pacifiers, washcloths & my knuckles, with no luck. Any suggestions to help my baby & save my ?
