I found a magazine in my parents friends house, what do i do?

Ok, so my parents have this friend named keith, and he is a fat and grody dude who always wheres hats and black shoes (in the summer he always wheres tank tops and shorts) he has one of his front teeth knocked out and lives in a very small house, he also has a mustache (he kinda resembles mr.harvey from the lovely bones movie except hes ten times fatter and always wheres hats) anyways my parents dont really like him, but he comes all the time (he used to be our neighbor, then he moved) so about 1-2 days ago i went into his house (i had to use the restroom really bad, and my mom was doing his yard, and he was gone, also his house is filthy) so i went into her 6ft by 6ft bathroom (literally that small) and i saw a magazine above his toilet that was opened to a page where a man was licking a girls lower part (ick) and it was a very very very nasty magazine called penthouse something magazine, i used the restroom quickly and decided to tell my mom because it was very inappropiate. And my mom thought it was digusting, as did i, so today he came and he went out to eat with us, it was very aukward(for me and my mom) and i don't know what to do! I wish someone would help me, in truth im wondering if i was alone with him what would he do?! me!? Helpp i just dont know what to do (also he makes very...ual comments and he had his 'fly' open the other day) so if anyone has any suggestions PLEASE HELP!!
