I am 38 years old and 5' 105 lbs. I used to 95 lbs. last year and after I have 2 surgery within this year make me gain weight. I work out 5-6 days a week. I do spinning 4 days+body pump and I do body step+pump and kickboxing. And I do burn 800 calories a day. Why I do not lose any pound? I eat cereal in the morning for lunch I have homemade big bowl of soup, or roast vegetable with pork chop or chicken, or steam vegetable with chicken or shrimp. for dinner I have some hi fiber snack bar and cup of hot coco.
