Resident Evil Code:Veronica (need to find the big locker)?

I am in the locker room that is in the Military Training Facility. I am trying to find the big locker so i can get my bow gun powder but i can't find the big locker. A walkthrough told me to go to the back of the locker room, the very back, and they said it was there but i can't see it. Can someone please tell me in very good detail, where the big locker is.
