In a report to its stockholders, Marvel Studios confirmed who will make up the Avengers lineup in the first Avengers film (depending on several things, including ticket sales in 2011, there could be more than one Avenger movie). You have the lineup correct, with one exception. Wolverine will not be in the movie, but Ant-Man's partner, the Wonderful Wasp will be.
