Trade away Philip Rivers and Roy Williams for Greg Jennings and Brett Favre?

I already have Donovan McNabb and have Larry Fitzgerald, Dwayne Bowe, and Bobby engram as my other WR's. I am in desperate need of another WR and can afford to give up a QB. Roy Williams has been a total bust but may turn around when Romo comes back. What do you think?
