Im 17 and need a decent car...?

im 17 and i have a co signer and everything.. do you think the dealership would let me buy the car?? plus i only have a learners?? my mother fuss alot about me waiting til im 18 but i have a small family, im not getting any younger and im sick of dependin on other people. i need a car. i attend hair school and work a full time job. sick of finding rides. found a nice car @ the chevy dealership. a cavalier for 5000.00.. do you think they will give me a deal?? HELP..
